As an Account Manager (known internally as Client Delivery Executive) you will be the bridge between our incredibly innovative clients and our talented consultancy teams of engineers, scientists, developers and tax professionals.
This role is key in supporting the client experience and delivery journey. You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholder demands both internally with our consultancy and management teams, as well as, externally with our ever-expanding portfolio of clients. The role will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced, high-performing, target-driven environment, who is commercially savvy, obsessed with providing gold standard client experience and takes a hawk-eyed approach to problem solving.
This role would suit someone with prior experience in account management or sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets and growing lifetime client value by identifying cross-selling, upselling and referral opportunities.
