Overview

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the execution of content-driven campaigns and internal communications. You will work closely with the UK Marketing Manager to create digital assets, manage content calendars, produce internal newsletters, organise webinars, and support video and social media initiatives. 

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience, a flair for visual storytelling, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, commercial environment. 

 

Content Creation & Digital Campaigns 

  • Create and adapt marketing content for web, email, social media, sales materials, and case studies. 
  • Draft engaging copy for blogs, emails, and internal comms. 
  • Design visual assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Schedule and post content across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Mailchimp, etc.). 

Video Production & Editing 

  • Support filming, editing, and publishing short videos for marketing and internal use. 
  • Manage video libraries and ensure branding is consistent across multimedia. 

Internal Communications & Newsletters 

  • Assist in producing regular internal newsletters to share business updates, success stories and employee features. 
  • Support culture and engagement campaigns alongside HR and leadership. 

Webinars & Events 

  • Coordinate logistics for client-facing webinars and internal events (invitations, registrations, slide decks, post-event follow-ups). 
  • Assist with hosting, moderating or producing digital events using tools like Zoom or Teams. 

Marketing Operations & Admin 

  • Maintain content calendars and track deadlines. 
  • Update website content (CMS knowledge is a plus). 
  • Support campaign reporting and analytics with guidance from the Marketing Manager. 

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in one of the following (or related): 

 

Marketing 

Communications / Media 

Digital Media / Graphic Design 

Journalism or PR 

 

Short courses or certifications in: 

Content marketing 

SEO basics 

Video editing 

HubSpot Academy, Google Digital Garage, CIM, etc. 

(Nice to have, not essential) 

 

Required Experience: 

1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content-related role in a business to business/ corporate environment. 

 

Experience creating or supporting: 

Social media content (especially LinkedIn) 

Video editing and production (e.g., using Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut etc) 

Email marketing campaigns or newsletters (e.g., using Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) 

Webinars or events (e.g., setting up on Zoom, Teams, or Eventbrite) 

Podcasts 

 

Experience using tools like: 

Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) 

Video editing tools 

Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) 

Microsoft Office / Google Suite for coordination and comms 

 

 

Portfolio or Examples (Highly Recommended) 

Links to videos, social posts, blog content, newsletters, or campaigns they’ve worked on 

A short portfolio (PDF or link) showcasing relevant work
